Lunacon 2010 - Volunteers

Volunteers

Lunacon is run entirely by volunteers ... like you. Everyone from the Chair on down donates their time out of the goodness of their hearts.

Got an hour or more to kill? Like all conventions, Lunacon depends upon the generosity and good will of unpaid volunteers. By donating one hour at least, you will not only help the con run more smoothly, but you will meet people and learn something about the con itself. Many small jobs and details go into creating the big, wonderful, organized party that is Lunacon. You can help make the con fun for all. Better still, if you volunteer 10 hours of your time, you get a gorgeous Lunacon 2010 staff t-shirt as a thank you for your hard work! But wait! That’s not all! Volunteer 15 hours of your time over the course of the weekend, and get a free membership to Lunacon 2011!

Afraid of missing that special event? Not to worry. Our Pocket Program can help you plan your day, so you most likely can come up with one spare hour. By donating that hour, you contribute to the overall goodwill that makes the good things happen.

When you aren't on duty, stop by the Staff Den for food and relaxation. We welcome you to contribute your time and energy, even if it is for just an hour.

You'll have fun, and meet some very nice people. We look forward to meeting you.

For a fun, fascinating and unforgettable look at what goes on behind the scenes at a con, check the box on your Registration Form, or e-mail Volunteers, or sign up at our Staff table at the Convention.
